At KelliJ Beauty, we value both your time and ours. The following policies ensure we are able to provide the best service and experience for every client.

Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online through KelliJ.com or by contacting our salon directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.

Deposits ensure your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on the service booked and the schedule for the day.

Our goal is to provide every client with the full KelliJ experience.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future services.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the matter.
